Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Assist with organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Maintain office filing and storage systems, both physical and digital.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and mailing.
- Assist in organizing office events and gatherings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall functioning of the office.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or in a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Account Executive (Sample Only, No Opening)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts and reach the company’s sales target
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to remain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling
- Manage and solve conflicts with clients
- Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account
- Establish budgets with the client and company
- Meet time deadlines for accounts
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Accounts
- At least a Diploma or Degree in IT/Business Studies or equivalent
- General Knowledge on IT systems, products and technology
- Sales driven, resourceful, analytical, independent, meticulous and customer service oriented
