1.Delivery Policy:

  1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  2. Shipping Methods: We offer two shipping options which are standard delivery and self-collection. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address.
  3. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on the total purchased amount within Singapore country. Order above SGD 200 (before GST) is free delivery. Order below and equal to SGD 200 (before GST) is charged at SGD 40 of delivery fee. Customers can view the shipping charges at checkout before confirming their order.
  4. Tracking Orders: Once your order has been paid, an order confirmation email with product information will be sent to you, allowing you to keep track your order online. For not receiving your purchased item from us, kindly contact our company hotline at +65 6565 5555 .

2. Exchange Policy:
