1. Warranty Coverage

  1. Warranty Against Manufacturer’s Defect: All warranty covers only manufacturer’s defect.

2. Warranty Claim Procedure

  1. Initiating a Claim: To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at sales@hkhardware.com.sg with your order number, details of the issue, and supporting photos or videos if applicable.
  2. Evaluation: Our customer service team will evaluate your claim and may request additional information or evidence to assess the nature of the issue.
  3. Resolution: If the issue is determined to be covered under warranty, we will provide one of the following resolutions:
    1. Repair and servicing:
    2. - We only facilitate power tools repairs.

      - Please bring your original HK invoice or receipts to any of our outlets when claiming warranty

      - For other products, please refer to the respective local distributor.

    3. Replacement: If a repair is not feasible, we may offer a replacement product of equal or similar value.
    4. Refund: In some cases, we may offer a refund for the purchase price of the product.
  4. Return Shipping: If a return of the product is required, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us. Return shipping costs for warranty claims are typically covered by us, unless otherwise specified.

3. Exclusions:

  1. Excluded Conditions: Warranty will not cover defect or damages resulting from:
    1. Attempted unauthorised repairs, tempering, alternations, modifications, additions and deletions.
    2. Accident, mishandling or negligence, abuse or mistreatment, loss and/or other calamities whether caused by fire, flood, or lightning.
    3. Usage not in accordance with the operation instructions manual.
    4. Normal wear and tear.

4. Non-transferable:

  1. Ownership: This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to another person or entity.
